# Export Project

> Download documents and data from your Papers project.

The export project feature allows you to download documents or data from the project. Export options are available on the **Settings** tab.

## Trial balance

* **Trial Balance CSV** — Download the trial balance as a CSV file
* **Trial Balance PDF** — Download the trial balance as a PDF

Both CSV and PDF exports include an **Include tick marks** toggle. When enabled, tick mark annotations are included in the export.

## Financials

* **Financials PDF** — Download the balance sheet and income statement in a financial statements packet, complete with a cover page
* **GAAP PDF** — Download GAAP-compliant financial statements
* **Mapped Financials PDF** — Download financial statements using your firm's mapped account numbers. This option is disabled if no map numbers have been assigned in the Chart of Accounts.

## Documents

Download all documents uploaded to the project as a **ZIP file**.

## Journal entries

Download the journal entries created in the project in one of the following formats:

* **CSV** — Comma-separated values
* **IIF** — Intuit Interchange Format (for QuickBooks Desktop import)
* **PDF** — Formatted PDF document
