The export project feature allows you to download documents or data from the project. Export options are available on the Settings tab.

Trial balance

  • Trial Balance CSV — Download the trial balance as a CSV file
  • Trial Balance PDF — Download the trial balance as a PDF
Both CSV and PDF exports include an Include tick marks toggle. When enabled, tick mark annotations are included in the export.

Financials

  • Financials PDF — Download the balance sheet and income statement in a financial statements packet, complete with a cover page
  • GAAP PDF — Download GAAP-compliant financial statements
  • Mapped Financials PDF — Download financial statements using your firm’s mapped account numbers. This option is disabled if no map numbers have been assigned in the Chart of Accounts.

Documents

Download all documents uploaded to the project as a ZIP file.

Journal entries

Download the journal entries created in the project in one of the following formats:
  • CSV — Comma-separated values
  • IIF — Intuit Interchange Format (for QuickBooks Desktop import)
  • PDF — Formatted PDF document
